There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature-the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after the winter.

Welcome to my ever-growing collective relating to nature for the art and surface design world. The visual suggestion of a natural thing is powerful, and my concepts for imagery and design begin with that notion. Weather it’s a photograph, a fabric pattern, surface design, or any other creative work, my subject matter is grounded in the natural world.

Please feel free to reach out to me with interest, questions, or with suggestions for collaboration.

Upcoming show for my PAPER PLANT SUN Series at HONEY PAPER, in Los Olivos, California.

February 8 - April 10, 2016

I was inspired by a book, THE LANGUAGE OF FLOWERS by Vanessa Diffenbaugh, to assemble a collection of my Botanical Portraits which "speak" of love, passion and beauty. A few of them are: FORSYTHIA-Anticipation, LILAC-First emotions of love, QUINCE-Temptation, FUCHSIA-Humble love, and CLEMATIS-Mental beauty.

Come join us and celebrate art and the expansion of space at HONEY PAPER on February 8th!
