What are the print & framing details?

I’ve partnered with Simply Framed to offer high quality custom framing made by hand here in the USA. Each wooden frame includes UV-shielding plexiglass, archival mats, archival acid-free backing, protective paper finishing on the back, wall bumpers, hanging hardware & nails.

The art is printed with archival inks on fine-art cotton Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 paper with a smooth matte surface, and is acid and lignin free. Each print is full bleed (printed to the edge of the paper).

Where do you ship, how is it packaged, and what’s the shipping method?

$10.00 flat free for shipping, I pick up the rest :-)

At the moment I only ship within the contiguous United States. If you are out of the US and would like to make a purchase, please reach out to me with details and I will try to accommodate you.

For the best protection of your framed prints, each item is safely packaged and shipped separately.

For prints without framing, they will be packaged in a clear sleeve in either a sturdy cardboard envelope or rigid tube depending on the size.

All shipments will be carried by FedEx ground. If you need something expedited, please reach out to see if I can accommodate your request.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only for orders shipped to California residents and they are charged state and local sales tax.

Do you allow returns?

When you place an order it is created and customized to your specifications. Therefore I cannot offer returns or exchanges for any custom order placed from my studio shop. If you need any other information about prints you are interested in before you place an order, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help.

Will my art print look exactly like the pictures on the website?

Almost! Colors may be slightly different due to the way your monitor display is calibrated. The framed prints may look a little different from the mockups depending on cropping and size.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically print orders should arrive 7-12 days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for framed orders. You will receive FedEx tracking information once your order is shipped.

What happens if my order is damaged?

Please let me know with details within 5 days if your order was damaged during shipping so I can process a replacement order ASAP.
